Cancer Vixen, NOT Victim

I happened upon this site last night. It made me smile. The person in the short cartoon is completely opposite of me. I'm more like a blue jean wearing, fun comfy shoe toting, small-town gal, but I AM going to kick cancer's butt.

And if you EVER see me in five inch stilettos, call the doctor because something is definitely wrong with me.

1 Samuel 17:45-47
David said to the Philistine,"You come against me with sword and spear and javelin, but I come against you in the name of the LORD Almighty, the God of he armies of Isreal, whom you have defied. This day the LORD will hand you over to me, and I'll strike you down and cut off your head. Today I will give the carcasses of the Philistine army to the birds of the air and the beasts of the earth and the whole world will know that there is a God in Israel. All those gathered here will know it is not by sword or spear that the LORD saves; for the battle is the LORD's and he will give all of you into our hands."
My comments based on a sermon from church: David was a gaint slayer. Every time a giant shows up you face your fear going from wimp to warrior. The stone would not take out Goliath without God and God wouldn't take out Goliath without the stone. This passage shows how the physical and spiritual world are one.
Amy - You are a warrior.

Love ya, Tracey
